Making Sourdough Waffles

This recipe is used to make sourdough waffles, from scratch, using a recently feed sourdough starter.

Ingredients

  • 142 Grams all-purpose flour
  • 28 Grams granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 170 Grams milk
  • 226 Grams sourdough starter
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instruction

  1. In a clean bowl whisk together all dry ingredients.
  2. In a clean bowl whisk together all wet ingredients.
  3. In a clean bowl combine all ingredients.
  4. Cook in waffle iron.
  5. Profit!
