Making Sourdough Waffles
This recipe is used to make sourdough waffles, from scratch, using a recently feed sourdough starter.
Ingredients
- 142 Grams all-purpose flour
- 28 Grams granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 170 Grams milk
- 226 Grams sourdough starter
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
Instruction
- In a clean bowl whisk together all dry ingredients.
- In a clean bowl whisk together all wet ingredients.
- In a clean bowl combine all ingredients.
- Cook in waffle iron.
- Profit!
